Our background

In the 21st century, the focus in business has shifted from technology and equipment to people and their competencies. At Index Human Resources, we have the experience and the expertise to add value to your business by helping you identify the right person for the job. Established in 1994, we are one of the smaller recruitment agencies.

We recruit a broad spectrum of people, from administrative and support staff to senior and executive management. We also recruit professional staff such as engineers, architects and project managers. Our clients range from large multinational companies to small owner-managed businesses.

Each member of our team has very different experience and skills, but all share a common commitment: to help you hone your competitive edge through value-added placement. Michelle Asbury, who established Index Human Resources in 1994, holds a Bachelor of Social Science (honours degree) and is a registered psychometrist. She has over 14 years' experience in human resources and has worked in this field for a number of different companies. Among Michelle's clients are several leading oil and property companies as well as South Africa’s top Management Consulting firms and Public Relations Consultancies.

Jeanette Levinsohn, developed an Accommodation Analysis Programme during her extensive career in the commercial property field. She provided local and international companies with turnkey solutions to their accommodation needs. This ability to analyse companies' needs and her good communication skills make her ideally placed to provide the right candidate for the job. Jeanette recruits across the board.
